We all want the same thing when it comes to health, which is to wake up without any pain anywhere. This year I decided to take my health more serious. I'm a vegetarian but that doesn't mean I am healthy, I just do not eat meat. I love junk food and love to snack. As you get older your diet should change.


I knew drinking lemon water was good for you, I just didn’t know how much. If you drink lemon water for just one week, in 7 days you will see results. Here are 7 reasons why you need to incorporate it into your daily routine.

Our immune system plays a vital role. When it is not functioning at one hundred percent we are susceptible to catch colds and get infections. Lemons are very high in Vitamin C. They are high in potassium which aid in stimulating the brain and nerve function. Potassium also controls your blood pressure. By drinking lemon water every morning you will help reduce the amount of phlegm produced in your body.


2. helps maintain your pH levels.

Lemons are considered an alkaline food for the body. Yes, lemons are acidic but when inside your body it is alkaline. Diseases attack the body when the ph is too acidic. So by drinking lemon water daily will help to remove the acidity in your body.


3. helps your body stays free of infections.

Lemons has healing properties. It helps promote healthy bones, tissues and cartilages. Lemons also help in the body recovering from injuries as well as helping to relieve stress.
